Job description
Our client is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic and GDC-registered Dental Nurse to join their supportive team for a weekend position.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a busy NHS and private dental practice, alongside experienced clinicians, with access to modern technology and fantastic professional development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Deliver excellent patient care and reassurance
- Maintain high standards of infection control and sterilisation
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and equipment
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Assist with reception and administrative duties when required
- Support clinicians with digital scanning, impressions and radiography where appropriately trained
Skills and experience
- Qualified Dental Nurse with GDC registration
- Previous dental nursing experience preferred
- Up-to-date CPD and appropriate immunisation records
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Friendly, professional and patient-focused attitude
- Confident working independently and as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
