You don't always need formal qualifications to start as a healthcare assistant. Employers usually look for good literacy and numeracy, a caring attitude and, often, some care experience. Many new starters complete the Care Certificate in their first weeks.

We're based at 25 Allenby Road, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP2 0EN, and we recruit for services across Suffolk, Norfolk and Essex, including Ipswich, Norwich and Colchester.
