Job description
Our client is looking for a motivated and caring Qualified Dental Nurse or Trainee Dental Nurse to join their friendly and growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced dental nurses and those looking to start their dental nursing career in a supportive, professional environment.
The role offers a combination of chairside dental nursing and reception duties, providing excellent opportunities to develop both clinical and administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist dentists during a variety of dental treatments
- Provide excellent patient care and reassurance
- Maintain high standards of infection control and hygiene
- Support reception duties, including appointments and patient enquiries
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with daily practice operations
- Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience
Skills and experience
- Qualified Dental Nurses: GDC registration and previous dental nursing experience
- Trainee Dental Nurses: Currently enrolled in, or willing and eligible to undertake, a recognised dental nursing qualification
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, reliable and patient-focused attitude
- Willingness to support both clinical and reception duties
- Previous reception experience or knowledge of EXACT software would be advantageous but is not essential
